Private bedroom with private bath in a shared 3 bed 3 bath pool house. Bedroom features a large window with room darkening curtains, a desk, a large smart TV, a green yard view, a good size closet with lots of shelves, a full size remote control adjustable bed, no carpeting, and quality air filters changed monthly. Also includes a shared kitchen, living room with fitness equipment, a massage chair, a piano, a screened in lanai and in ground pool. The neighborhood is quiet with small ponds for the local birds and ducks, a playground, and a basketball court. Outdoor shopping malls are a 3 minute drive, or 15 minute walk with grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, drugstore and a gas station. We are 2 miles from the Florida Turnpike. 30 minutes from the Orlando Airport. 40 minutes from Universal Studio, Disney, Lake Nona. 20 minutes from Kissimmee and many other attractions and local hospitals.

We are 2 working adults who respect and value privacy. We are friendly with a chill vibe and enjoy a clean and clutter free house. Looking for a similar housemate for the room that’s now available.
