Olivia's room

Rent will be $700 (possibly negotiable depending), and utilities will all be split evenly 3 ways each month. You will get a spacious bedroom with a closet, along with the attached personal bathroom. No pets allowed, as I already have a dog and cat. You will have access to all living areas, no restrictions, of course. We want you to feel at home too! All common areas will be furnished by my partner and I. There will be a roommate agreement put in place to ensure boundaries are not overstepped on both ends.

Your roommates will be my partner (21M) and I (19F). My partner will not be around much, as he works in the oilfield and is gone for 2 weeks at a time. He gets one full week off after each hitch, then goes back for 2 weeks and so on. It will mainly only be me home. I am a WVU student pursuing my bachelor degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. We are a very quiet pair mainly, but friendly.
