Zara's room

Room for rent in large 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in west Linn/Oregon city. I thought it seemed far when I moved in but it’s only about 20-25 min from Portland! rent is around $700 + utilities which fluctuate with weather but are always less than $100. Huge balcony, right off the freeway, close to many stores and food places. Market of choice, Starbucks, crumbl cookies, and so much more right across the road, space age for best priced gas, and Walmart down road. Public transport is easy. Right by the river so amazing place to live in the summer. 2 sweet kitties live here , they are well taken care of and would love to be your friend. Just moved in here about 8 months ago, my roommate is moving out to live with their girlfriend so need to fill the spot. House doesn’t have a ton of furniture and stuff so it’s open to redecorating /making it whatever we want !
