Amber's room

About a mile from Purdue, very close to Levee Plaza and Wabash Landing. Smaller one bedroom with walk in closet. Shared bathroom and living areas. There will be a brand new twin sized bed with brand new sheets and pillows, with an end table and lamp in the room as well. Utilities included. There is a security system, wifi, 65 inch TV in the living room with surround sound and a washer/dryer. There is a cat here. I’m not opposed to another cat but there will be a pet deposit as I had to pay one for my own cat. Looking for someone without drug or drinking problems and someone trustworthy to pay rent on time. Rent could be somewhat negotiable for the right person. I want to help someone but also help myself as well. I’m still working on setting up the apartment and will add pics as I get the apartment situated.

I’m somewhat quiet, I rarely drink, don’t do heavy drugs (420 friendly), and I recently moved from Florida (Oct 30th) I don’t really know anyone around here so, having someone to go do things with now and then would be amazing.
