I’ve actually got 3 bedrooms all sharing one bathroom available for rent. The house is 15 minutes away from Fort Liberty and even closer to Cape Fear Medical Center in Fayetteville. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the Jack Britt School District with tons of good food and shopping options nearby.
Out of the 3 available rooms, one of them is currently furnished. THIS SPECIFIC LISTING is for the unfurnished largest bedroom with a walk in closet.
All bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs, there is a half bath, living room, kitchen, and dining area. You will have access to all these places, but I ask that you treat them with care and cleanliness!
It’s currently just me living here. I am military so I’ve got semi-regular work hours and am gone often during the day. I keep to myself but have a lot of home projects going on, like tending to my garden and refurbishing furniture in the garage. I work daily during the week so I won’t be around as much. I’m very clean and respectful of other peoples’ space and ask the same in return.
I also cook quite a bit and will be in the kitchen after work and on weekends.
