About the room
10x11 bedroom available in South Phoenix (near Phoenix Sky Harbor). The neighborhood is a little rough on the eyes, but we’ve never had any issues.
You will be sharing a bathroom with a girl. Total headcount in the house will be 3. I visit from time to time, but usually just stay for the weekend to perform maintenance.
Must pay and pass a background check that I will push to you through a management site. First month and a security deposit is expected at move-in (deposit is rent amount).
