I have a room for rent in Richland near Hanford, PNNL and WSU. You’d have your own full bathroom, access to the kitchen and the apartment has a washer and dryer. The apartment complex has an outdoor pool in the summer, a gym, a clubhouse you can rent for special occasions, a small playground and indoor package storage for deliveries. The rent plus utilities comes out to $1700-$1750 of that I ask you cover $800. I have a full time job and work a rotating shift so I’d need somebody quiet who doesn’t party or have people over all the time. I’m quiet and keep to myself when I’m home.
