You would essentially have a whole side of the apartment to yourself. It’s a bedroom/bathroom/walk in closet. Close to the village.

I am a 22 year old who works outside of the home. My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and I would love to not have to move again. There is currently one cat here so have to be ok with cats, I live a quiet life. No parties or overnight guests, I ask that you do the same. Depending on when you’re looking to move in, could be middle of december. The lease term ends December 31st, and I would love to get someone on the lease by then. You will have to undergo a credit and background check through the apartment. It would be a 12 month lease
