This is a two story, two-bedroom, two-bath, 2 parking lot townhouse in Woodland, CA. Located in the middle of woodland close to grocery stores, fast foods, and nightlife. This bedroom is a Single bedroom with a closet, and you will have your own bathroom. The room is located upstairs. Downstairs is the dining area, kitchen, and living room, and has a washer/dryer unit inside as well. There is a small outside patio, too. My place is not too big but it’s very cozy and I like to decorate accordingly to the seasons/ Holidays. Full-furnished kitchen.

I am a responsible, professional full-time worker and student at CSUS. I have a female cat who is very sweet but, for the most part, sleeps all day (I will not be allowing any more Cats). I’m pretty quiet most of the time; when I do my weekly cleaning is the most noise that comes from me. I’m very communicative and friendly. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the house will be furnished except for the bedroom. Overall, I’m always working or studying in my room. I like to watch movies and bake when I have the time, I like to do outdoorsy things, go bowling, or go try new restaurants. I don’t party, do drugs or smoke in the house. I do like Friday night wine/ movie nights in the living room. I am looking for a roommate who is chill, respectful, knows how to co-live with one another, and can respect boundaries. I am the only person living in this house, in a safe environment, and looking to find someone who thinks this might be a good match.
