We can’t accept tenants with pets at this time. The city limits how many can be at a residence and we’ve hit our maximum The residence consists of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with street parking. The rooms are equipped with baseboard heating, but there are no AC units. Tenants have access to a fridge located in the garage. Presently, efforts are underway to clear the garage space for workout equipment and establish an area for various projects, crafts, and arts.

During snowy conditions, it’s important to note that the residential streets remain uncleared, unlike the main roads. This may potentially impact accessibility to leave the neighborhood for work unless utilizing public transportation. Luckily, a bus stop is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk. Additionally, the property is encircled by trails and hosts numerous nearby parks.

Upon occupancy, tenants will be required to sign a lease outlining the household regulations, even if it’s a month-to-month agreement. Room is $1,000 a month all bills included

The home is owned by a LGBT couple, (Andrew & Jacob). The home has a full bath upstairs with the bedrooms and a half bath downstairs. We currently have 2 corgis and 3 cats. The other room is being rented by one male with a husky. We’re all a bunch of nerds and like to hang out with friends and anyone renting the rooms. We’ve gone bowling with roommates and we celebrate the major holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). We’re pretty chill.
