Sandy's room

Hello! I am moving out so I need someone to take over my room! We are looking for college students or graduated students (girls only) to rent this room. UCR is located down the street from us! ** NO COUPLES ** Single occupancy only! Rent is $740 with a $800 deposit- utilities is not included. We have a kitchen and washer/dryer, we only ask that you pick up after yourself please and contribute with buying necessities-for example, toilet paper, soap for hands or dishes, trash bags etc (or provide for your self). You will be sharing the bathroom with another roommate.

Garage can fit 2 car and the driveway is big for parking.

Housemate are Jade, Kim Anh, Char, Alyssia, and Cece. They are very respectful about noise and cleanliness. They will also respect your boundary.
