Hello! My name is Catharine, I’m 30, work full-time in IT and I’m a part-time grad student. I currently work from home, so I’m generally around during the week, but I enjoy getting out of the apartment on weekends. Hobbies include hiking (or pretty much anything outdoors related), live music, cooking/baking, and fitness (I’m a personal trainer on the side). I’m an early-to-bed-early-to-rise type but I’m super respectful when going about my morning routine. I will absolutely share the bathroom if your morning routine coincides with mine. Overnight guests are rare but in the event a friend would like to visit/stay over I will ALWAYS give a heads up. I do have a partner and I typically visit him instead of the reverse, but he may swing by maybe once a month at most. I’m alcohol and 420 friendly if it’s in edible form (I’m severely asthmatic and can’t handle smoke/strong smells).

I’d prefer to live with another female professional or student. Because I work remotely and study quite a bit, a roommate who can help maintain a quiet and respectful space is important to me. I’m unfortunately asthmatic and allergic to animals, so someone who doesn’t smoke and doesn’t have pets is a must. I enjoy clean and stress-free shared spaces and would definitely like a roommate who cleans up after themselves and is willing to assist with household chores. Not required, but making a new friend would be nice too! 😊
