Baltimore Avenue

I’m looking for a housemate to take the top floor in my 3BR apartment in West Philly, which includes 2 medium-sized bedrooms and a private bathroom. The apartment is really fun – the living room is a big open space with a spiral staircase, and there is a fenced-in patio and a balcony. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher. My housemate uses one of the upstairs bedrooms as an office/hang out space, which anyone who moved in could do as well. The apartment is in University City in a lovely neighborhood; it’s a 3 minute walk to the 40th/Baltimore Septa station, and a 3 minute walk to Clark Park in the other direction. I would be the only other housemate. I’m clean, friendly, and easygoing, and I’m normally down to hang out. Outside of work I like to play soccer and hang out in Philly.
