Dani's room

Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate since my current one is moving out in January. Private room and own bathroom in East Hollywood, great area. Rent is $1350. We split utilities that are around $80 each. You would get the parking spot for the extra $50 I have a cat, but she’s mostly in my room.

I am very chill and to myself, generally don’t mind guests. Looking for someone who feels the same. I’m a recent college grad so prefer someone around the same age/stage of life. We will do some redecorating of shared spaces (living room & kitchen) because my current roomy had most of the furniture.
