Looking to add a roommate to our house. 5 bedroom 3 bath home. Includes all utilities , washer and dryer. We have a main floor living area with a TV plus a finished basement with tv and couches as well , so plenty of living area
Room is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand and dresser if needed . Can be unfurnished if you have your own stuff . Dimensions are 13.5 by 11. Closet is 3 x 10.
High speed internet for any gaming enthusiasts.
Close to 6th and Havana (20 minutes to DTC, 20 minutes to down town, 20 minutes to DIA)
Also an extra bedroom is available for an occasional guest if needed
Just a couple blocks from highline canal trail for walking , running or biking
Happy to do month to month or a longer term lease
About the roomies
Currently 3 people , me ( 59 year old male) my 28 year old son and a mid 30 year old male . We all have day jobs mostly m-f, one travels most weeks.
We also have a 9 month old puppy
Fenced in back yard so another dog is welcome if it gets along with ours
