Graduate Hospital is a family-oriented neighborhood perfect for students and recent grads. Shop at the Target or Sprouts three blocks away. Easy access to Broad Street line and many bus lines. For a night out you’re a stone’s throw from bars along South Street, Center City, and great local restaurants. If you want to get your exercise in, enjoy the City Fitness on South and 20th, the YMCA on 18th, and Christian, and biking and running access to the Schuylkill River trail less than a half mile away.

Your two future roommates are 27(M) & 26(M), one law student and one young professional in the entertainment industry. We like a good night out on the town, grilling session in the backyard, or chill night at home watching movies or playing video games. We’re psyched to meet you!
