Hi everyone. I’m looking for a female student or working professional to take over my room (11x12) in 3x2 house in Sacramento.
Lease: December 2023 to August 2024 (or longer if needed)
Rent: $750 per month with covered water, trash, and sewage (excluding PG&E and wifi, usually $50-$70 per month)
Amenities: Microwave, oven, gas stove, central AC, in-unit laundry, free street parking or driveway parking
Locations: • 0.3 miles from UC Davis Medical Center (3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk) • 11 miles from UC Davis (24 minutes drive) • Close to markets, medical center, restaurants, and schools
Restrictions: No pets, no overnight guests, no smoking

About the roomies
You will be living with two female professional post docs at UC Davis Medical Center and sharing the bathroom with ONE person. They are both very clean, welcoming, and respectful. They are super chill and mostly spending time at work or in their room in the evening.
