The house is located near the turnpike and a short stop away from Universal Studios and Disney World. Unassigned parking available in front of house. I won’t be around much so you’ll only be sharing with one other roommate the majority of the time. Looking for respectful individuals with steady income. No pets, no overnight stays, no smoking in the house, and no drugs.

Month to month lease and refundable security deposit of $350.
