The apartment is on the ground floor of the apartment complex. Koty and Lex have furnished the shared spaces and you would be more than welcome to take advantage of them! Your room is directly connected to a bathroom that technically is the ‘shared’ bathroom, but will be yours. The community has a fitness center, a pool, and is in a great location. The leasing office hosts multiple community events each year. The community is very dog friendly.

Koty and Lex are a married couple. They have been together for 8 years, they moved to Colorado from Idaho about 1.5 years ago. They have 2 cats, Maggie and Babes. Koty is openly queer and uses they/them pronouns. They enjoy music, painting, and video games. Lex uses he/him pronouns and enjoys video games and making things. Both work full time and are fairly introverted
