About the room
I live in a very nice, large, peaceful home in Lakewood near Alameda & Wadsworth. This is a 10x13 bedroom in the basement sharing a bathroom with a man. Some of the bathroom has been remodeled. The bedroom has new carpet. This can be furnished or unfurnished. This is for one person only. I am looking for someone who is responsible, honest, and pleasant to be around. Non-smoker. No marijuana.
The rent includes utilities, wireless internet, and use of the kitchen and laundry room.
Within walking distance of Belmar (shopping), King Soopers, Lakewood Commons bus stop, library, Colorado Christian University, Kaiser
No pets. No lease required.
We have high moral values and this is a quiet, safe, peaceful place to live. No overnight guests allowed unless they are family members.
About the roomies
I am a very kind 75-year old woman. There are 2 other retired men who live here. We are all very quiet and do not do drugs.
