Split level, 2-story home on a hillside. Garage and 1 bedroom on the street level. Living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen has French doors that open to the backyard and hillside. Large windows throughout the house, wood floors, new appliances, wine fridge, and electronic dog door. Backyard has a large patio table with seating for 10 and a fire pit.
I am a mid 40s professional. I work from home several days a week during normal business hours. I’m very active but go to bed by 10pm. I don’t do drugs but I enjoy a good beer or cocktail with friends.
I am tidy and try to be considerate.
I expect to clean common spaces and keep them tidy but will not clean up after someone else.
I prefer quiet spaces / neighbors. I don’t ever have a TV on in the background but I do like to listen to chill music in the kitchen while cooking
In my free time I like to hike with my dog, SUP (with my dog), Yoga, AcroYoga, Rock Climbing, Motorcycles, and Gardening.
I am looking for a social and communal situation. I enjoy Family style dinners. I’m an extrovert and enjoy cooking and eating dinner together, movie nights, going for hikes or working out together. I understand introverts and I’m happy to give space as well. I need my alone time too.
I work in Environmental Consulting. I subscribe to Nat Geo & get grumpy about improper recycling. ha ha
I go to bed around 10pm & expect quiet hours after that. I’d prefer an early riser rather than a night owl.
