We are located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, with only about a 10-15 minute drive to get to many fun and/or unique establishments…like historical downtown areas with small businesses to shop at, local cuisines to try, and of course FREE access to public beaches offered to everyone! The same 10-15 minute drive in the other direction takes you to I-95 and/or the Turnpike, both of which can get you almost anywhere in the state!

The TC Mall, plenty of other shopping establishments, and countless restaurants are only minutes away! We are also within walking distance from the MidFlorida Event Center (previously called the Civic Center), so there are always festivals, fairs, fireworks, food trucks, concerts, and countless other events to attend!

We are a married couple who live alone, with three very friendly cats, so we’re looking for someone who must be pet-friendly and free of any cat allergies! We do have a 14yr-old son who stays with us every other weekend, but he uses our ensuite, so your bathroom will not be used by anyone besides occasional household guests.

We are looking for one roommate, or possibly a couple, but the rental price will increase by $200 with an additional renter due to the utilities being included with rent.

We are very down to earth, drama-free and respectful, so we only ask the same in return! This is also a drug-free home…If you have a medical card, we will respect that; However, because we sometimes have our minor son with us, we’d only request to see up-to-date legal documentation before allowing cannabis to be present on the property.

Roommate(s) will be required to maintain a full-time job throughout the entire duration of their lease. Proof of income will be required prior to signing. First and last month’s rent, along with a security deposit, is expected to move in. Security deposit is one month’s rent.
