About the room
It is a single-family home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The room is upstairs, separate from our main living area and bedrooms, which are downstairs. The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, a dresser, a desk with a chair, a rocking chair, an accent wide armchair, a Roku TV, a small electric fireplace console, and a portable clothing rack. The room includes a full private bathroom that is attached and a small storage area. New bath towels, a new comforter, and a new pillow will be provided. The room is very spacious, 14 ft by 15 ft. We have a shared full kitchen and washer/dryer downstairs. Parking is available in the driveway. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get on the I-24 interstate. It takes about twenty to twenty-five minutes to get to MTSU. Utilities are included (water, WIFI, Electricity, trash service)
*Since I have a female dog (medium-sized), another medium-sized male dog, and one rabbit, I do not accept additional pets for safety reasons.
About the roomies
I am looking for a female tenant/roommate (college students welcome). I have two dogs, my dogs are well-trained and very friendly, one rabbit lives in the backyard, and two children. We like to keep our privacy. I do not accept pets for safety reasons. Thank you for your interest in renting my room. I wish I could find a roomie who likes to be around the kids and animals. We are on the move all the time. We are quiet people.
