South Denker Avenue

Hi there, we are a young couple with an adorable daughter. We are cool and respectful family of 3. We use to have roomates when we didn’t have our little one and now that our daughter is not a baby anymore and that we have a house with a separate room to offer, we would like to have a roommate again. We live in a calm house in a good neighborhood of Gardena. We are close to the freeway which is convenient to go to work. We are few minutes away from Torrance, Hawthorne and 15 minutes away from Redondo Beach. We have shops and many Japanese restaurants nearby, a Wallmart few minutes away. The house has a garden with BBQ, a patio , air conditioning and the parking is easy in the street. Just come to visit the house, see the room we are renting and meet our little family and I m sure you will want to rent it :).
