Viewings are available by appointment. Move-in turnaround time averages 48 hours. We can welcome you to your new home quickly if needed. We have exceptionally clean lifestyles and recommend our roommates do as well for a happy and clean household! We are not able to honor a guest policy (due to our lifestyle and work). We are looking for someone who is punctual, kind, and respectful of the home. We’re in a great location, just 10 minutes from CSULB and close to 405, 605, and 22 freeway. For beach lovers, only a 9-minute drive from Seal Beach and surrounded by beaches such as Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach, and Long Beach. It is an 11-minute drive from Huntington Beach and a 21-minute drive from Newport Beach.

If you don’t have a car, look no further because there is no need for a car! The property is located behind a shopping center. Grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping are available just outside your front door! We also have 2 bus stops about a 3-minute walk from our space.

We pride ourselves on competitive rates: all utilities included (electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, and water,) + gym on property, spa, pools and jacuzzi, and laundry. We are in a safe area with a gated community with a low crime rate of 11.1. (The US average is 22.7). This is a marvelous space for college students to study, read, etc.

We welcome couples! We have a 2-person max, or 1 occupant + pet (depends on pet and size, all additional fees will apply). The premium cost for an additional roommate is $500/mo which includes all utilities and 2 tandem parking carport spots. Please note, that each person will need to do a background check ($40 each) and the security deposit will depend on the couple’s combined credit.

I’m a private owner with 13+ years of property management. I own a condo located in Seal Beach (Rossmoor neighborhood) and live with my boyfriend. We are both college graduates and professionals with stable incomes and 2 small senior dogs (a chihuahua and a papillon) whom we treat as our children. They live in our room all the time but may make a star guest appearance in the hallway while going on their daily morning strolls. We love traveling, artwork, culture, books, fashion, being active, the outdoors, and flying planes. We also love the musical stylings of Sade, Etta Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, and great food and wine.

We have a home that consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that have been filled with inspirations of classical impressionist art, bold colors, design, and a white living room (our pride and joy). Much love has been poured into this home.

Our home is sacred to us given our responsibly-driven careers. Our little piece of America is where we can unwind. It is pertinent we find a wonderful roommate who can integrate with our lifestyles and is respectful of all our trinkets and artwork gathered from around the world.
