There is a full size tempur-pedic mattress a top a beautiful solid oak bed frame, along with a personal mini fridge, coffee pot available, 3 drawer dresser, a desk w/chair, TV with Roku, large closet and ceiling fan in the room. There are cleaning supplies, towels and linen available in the private bathroom with a large cabinet. There is a propane grill for your use in the front yard patio. Arrangements for cleaning service is easily obtained for a fee.

I have rented this room since 2016 successfully. The last tenant was here 8 months but got engaged and has recently moved into her fiancés apartment. I am quiet and like to keep this condominium clean and organized. The summertime here is a nice time to spend walking in the gardens and swimming in the pool. I am a very easily approachable person. Just ask me if you need anything. I traveled the world. Skiing is wonderful up at Mt Rose which is 30 minutes away.
