It also sits on a nice corner lot with views of the flatirons and has a fairly large front yard. You would be moving in with 2 other roommates, but would have your very own bedroom. The house is completely furnished minus the room that you will be moving into. The room is approximately 9x10.5 inches. Property is managed by Boulder Property Management, but us current residents are looking for someone to either sublease the third room or do a lease takeover.
