About the room
The house is in a residential subdivision. I have 2 small bedrooms to choose from One has a single bed and dressers but have plenty of storage space in my basement. The other room has only spare furniture which could be moved to the basement. Rent includes all utilities and wifi and equipped with cable jacks in every room. Driveway parking only. Snow clearing and lawn service provided. Permission for guests is required but can be negotiable depending on the circumstances. Pet deposit and first & last month rent required but is negotiable House is 2.5 miles from Huntley Horthwestern Hospital. If interested, please call and a tour can be arranged.

About the roomies
I am a retired 67 yr old male who has extra space, would prefer a female roommate and want nothing but a strictly platonic relationship. I have a health issue that prevents me from doing heavy lifting. Other than that I am pretty fit. I do not need help with cleaning but it would not be refused offered.
