Super cozy and quiet room with a large window, queen bed, flat screen tv, closet and mostly private bathroom. Shared kitchen, leaving and dining spaces. Washer and dryer. A very nice backyard with 3 small raised beds. There is a outdoor fire pit and garden shed with potential for small indoor garden. Plenty parking in front. House is a rambler located on a quiet cul-de-sac, in private community with a golf course and a lake. The lake are very nice feature if you like to fish or do any time of water activities. This neighborhood is very peaceful. There are miles of beautiful natural trails near and Millersylvania state park within walking distance. Lots of wild life around, deer, squirrels and raccoons are everywhere :) Great area for someone who loves nature.

Professional, friendly, single female, early 50’s, 100% teleworking and spending a lot of time at home painting or doing house projects. Friends come visit occasionally, large gatherings are rare. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly and considerate. There are two very social cats in the house. Must be ok with cats. They haven’t had a chance to be around dogs but they are young and trainable. I love pets and a small dog might be ok.
