Beautiful/quiet neighborhood in walking distance to Oakland Beach! Nice backyard with a fire pit and a garden in the summer. Your own bedroom and bathroom, shared living area and kitchen. There’s a couple of rooms that can be chosen for your bedroom , this would be discussed. The current furniture would be moved out of the room shown. Roommate can also use the upstairs but the rent would be adjusted.
