The larger bedroom w/2 closets available. Approx 192 sq ft. Safe area, numbered parking spot, convenient to shopping and 71.Laundry in unit. 1.5 bathrooms. Utilities incuded. Bedrooms are carpeted. Neighbors are nice. Many have lived here for years. People are familiar with one another.

I have some health issues, one being MCS- multiple chemical sensitivities. So there can’t be fragrances on any of your soaps, we can’t use cologne, perfume, deodorant, fabric softener, dryer sheets, or Brasive fragranced household cleaners. So basically I am looking for sober, non smoking hippies that are familiar with chronic illness. I’ve also lived here for 3 going on 4 years and right now the living room is full of tools. It’s really you’re coming on for the bedroom the bathroom and the kitchen. Hope this narrows it down.

Its just me here, looking to offset costs in this 2 bdrm. I am a single man early 40s. I am a non smoker and dont drink. Looking for a kind, sane, sober and responsible roommate that I can coexist with. It’s drinking or 420 are a big part of your lifestyle we are probably not a good fit. Hoping for temporary- 6mos (maybe longer if we easily and comfortably cohabitate). I may consider longer. I am also hoping for summer or later to find a more suitable place for myself. If we make stellar housemates maybe we will wind up looking to rent a house with more space later as housemates.
