About the room
This is a one bedroom with a private bathroom. The whole property is a 3-bedroom townhome in San Marcos. My brother and I are currently roommates in the other 2 rooms. We are looking for someone to move in from December-end of June. You are welcome to take the lease afterward. I forgot to include pictures of the shared living space, there is a living room, fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, garage, parking, balcony, community pool, and gym.
