On a Bus line and easily to move around the city. Condo is a roommate style condo with private room and adjacent bathroom. Walk-in closet and private balcony. Wood burning fire place and all appliances in unit.

I am a 73 year old retired VET. New to Houston to be close to my daughter and grandkids. I love to travel and am not in the unit much. When I am I enjoy watching a good movie and eating. I keep the common areas clean but sometimes could use some motivation. I am fun loving and love to hang out. I am an active 73 year old and would love to find someone to room with that can become a good friend.
