🏠 Hey there folks, I am renting the second bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Kirkland. The apartment is in Forbes creek neighborhood very close to Juanita park and multiple trails. The view from the apartment is fantastic. 💰 The rent is $1250+utilities. There is uncovered parking on premises which is included in rent. The apartment has an in unit washer dryer. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. I am looking for someone for 6 month lease but I am open to shorter lease for a different price.

The condo has one female who works as a software engineer at Microsoft, she is pretty social but respectful of quite times. Looking for a female roommate who is responsible, employed and clean.
