About the room
Looking to rent the entire top floor of my house (two rooms). Large, spacious house with an awesome backyard and full renovated kitchen and two bathrooms are all available for your use. I don’t have a car, so one parking spot on the property is included in the lease if you need parking. I’m a 30 year old guy who works in NYC three days a week (and work from home two days a week) at a bank. Utilities (as well as WiFi) are included with the total rent. Month-to-month lease to ensure flexibility
