About the room
Located in the Center of Lone Tree, This luxury apartment complex has ample amenities at great prices. One of the safest areas around Denver, this building is within walking distance of most office parks and shopping areas. The room is part a 2bd, 2bd on the top floor, with a large inward-facing balcony. The entire apartment has high-rise ceilings, fine stone countertops, and LARGE walk-in closets.
I am renting the space as it is effectively unused - the living room is decked out with big screens and tech, everything you would need is already here furniture-wise.
Overall, this is an awesome apartment complex, a fantastic room, in a very safe and quiet area. And the apartments are thankfully 100% soundproof - no one here has ever had a noise complaint in that regard
About the roomies
About me: Iām a 27 year old engineer and CEO working on an AI company. I work from home a bit but love to get out playing tennis, producing music, exercising, and driving. I recently moved to this area from Tennessee to focus on this company and work in real estate. Iām pretty laid back overall, just looking to make use of a mostly unused room.
About others: lots of people work in medical, finance, and aerospace. It is more of a suburban crowd, with a good mix of families, young professionals, and elderly. Everyone is nice but mostly keep to themselves.
