Poppy Hills Lane

Renting one of my bedrooms in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.

The apartment faces away from the highway, towards the woods, so there is absolutely no road sounds except for people with super loud cars. None of my neighbors make much noise, when it’s dead silent you can hear people closing cabinets and such.

Unit has a washer/dryer and all of the normal kitchen appliances. I am a working professional so I’m not home throughout the day, I have a cat though so I’d like someone who is either not allergic, likes cats, or atleast knows how to live with one. I’m rather shy so I’m looking for someone easy to get along with but will also not be offended if I spend all of my time in my room.

The room is currently being used as storage, all items will be removed by the time you move in. The bathroom is currently being used as a litterbox area, but that will be moved and everything cleaned spotless by the time you move in. The bathroom is a standing shower only, sorry no tub.

This building is completely smoke free, we will be evicted, so while I don’t have any problems with drugs it’s necessary that anyone interested does not smoke cigarettes or weed.

Here is the cost breakdown (Per person): Rent is $750 Internet is $25 Water is usually ~$10-20 (depends on usage) Electricity ~$25-40

I’m a working professional that spends most of my time either at the job or in my room. I’m rather shy and introverted, so I enjoy spending time alone. I like hiking, taking pictures, and watching youtube. I’m totally fine with the noises of life, but I’d really like someone who is quiet and keeps to themselves. I have a cat, he’s very sweet and gentle, so I’d like someone who likes cats or at least knows how to live with one. I keep things very clean and tidy, but I know that life happens and sometimes we get too busy to clean.
