Beautiful mountain home with one of three rooms available. Located in Fairplay next to Pike national Forest this house is the perfect getaway. Located within warm springs there are many hiking and biking trails and stocked fishing ponds within the HOA. This is the perfect place to work remote, Internet provided by starlink. The house has a amazing view with an large porch and is surrounded by nature, mule dear, elk, moose, pronghorn, jackrabbit and lots of varieties of birds.

I am male, 39, single and I work allot. I’ve decided to open my home to roommates to allow me some more freedom and my lifestyle. I have a dog tank he’s 6ish, 60 lb, and likes cuddling, long walks in the mountains, fine dining, tug of war, and naps. Tank is always with me if I am at work tank is at work. There is another roommate in the house and he also works a lot, when he is home he is happiest in his room.
