Available room in 2 bed/1.5 bath house only a 6 minute walk to UNM North Campus!
House has a huge fenced in backyard and gets lots of natural sunlight inside. Washer/dryer are in the garage which also has a lot of storage space. Half bath is yours. The living space is mostly furnished but additional furniture is negotiable, the bedroom available can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your need.

About the roomies
Your roommate is a man in his mid-20’s and a student at UNM. He has a 3 year old dog who is well-behaved and sweet, open to other dogs with landlord and tenant’s approval!
The household is generally kept quiet, tidy and clean. Other tenant is chill, likes to play video games and mostly keeps to himself but is always open to chat and hang out.
