I have a spare room available for a professional or student. The room is spacious and furnished. Can bring own tv, no tv in room. Internet included no cable. All bills included in rent. Bathroom is shared and all other household amenities. The home is located near Kennesaw state university, town center mall and interstate 75/575. Very quiet neighborhood and full of nature and trails. I have a teenage son and a dog. I prefer a person that loves dogs. Unfortunately no other pet is allowed in the house. I allow smoking outside the house I have a beautiful patio that you can smoke . You will need to have your own transportation as there are no bus lines here. Private parking outside garage is available. A Background check is a must . preferred tenants :students, contract workers like nurses( location is close to kennestone hospital ) male or female preferred to be single with no kids , your spouse or partner is allowed to visit or family but no long term overnight stays allowed. I work from home so I’ll be home most days. We are a friendly, easy going young family and have no place for drama or excessive noise . If Interested please call or text me.
