I’m a bi male with a very small furnished room for rent in the basement inside of my (4) bedroom. Located on the West Side of Detroit near the intersection of Schaefer and Plymouth area. The room rents for $210.00 per month, plus a deposit of $210.00

It’s a mostly quiet street with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. Public transportation is nearby as well. The room is furnished with a bed, and TV.

WiFi is available for free. Access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay for at least (2) months, and not noisy. Smoking is allowed outside of the home. 420 friendly, 420 is allowed inside of your room. This is a unisex home.

Month to Month rental agreement. Must have proof of income. I also have (4) dogs that are friendly and kept in the basement inside of their own room.

Washer and dryer available for use free. Easy qualification. I prefer someone that is employed. For one person only.
