2. 2 months of paystubs
3. Photo copy of ID for safety reasons .

Quite neighborhood , room is located upstairs with ceiling fan and bathroom will be shared with a couple . Sliding door closet . Utilities are included As for Wi-Fi . Me and my husband are looking for on time renters with excellent communication. Someone who can help keep a clean house hold and do weekly chores if needed (: we are hardly home since we do work a lot , there are 3 other renters each have their own room . They are hardly home as well , and everyone sticks to their selfs.
