A female tenant is preferred! It is a 2 bed, 1.5 bathrooms townhome. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms are fully furnished and a patio is available to lounge. About the roomies
Its just my (senior) cat and I! We are LGBTQ+ friendly, quiet, clean and love naps. I work locally from 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday!
On the weekends I am usually pretty active but I do enjoy a lazy Sunday every once in a while.
