Master bedroom right next to CSUN in Northridge. It’s an adorable and very spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You will have the very spacious master bedroom with plenty of natural sunlight, big enough for both a bed and a couch! You will have your own ensuite bathroom, which opens up to the backyard where we have lemon trees and lots of natural sunlight (see the pictures). The laundry is in-unit. CSUN is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk away. The house is also conveniently close to shops, including Ralphs, Sprouts, and CVS. I’m moving because I no longer need to live in Northridge since I am graduating, but I have loved living here. I have three lovely roommates who are very easy to get along with. Other amenities include in-unit laundry, available parking, a furnished living room with a beautiful fireplace, a furnished kitchen, and all the electronics have already been purchased. The lease is flexible, either month-to-month or for a year, depending on your preference
