Spare 2nd Master Bedroom for rent in The Lakes. 2 Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse with an attached direct access 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fireplace, guard gated, 2 pools/hot tubs, gym… I’ve lived here for a few years now with my 12 year old German Shepherd/Black Lab dog, Audrey. She loves people- but not other pets. I’m a travel ultrasound tech and am hardly ever home, usually gone up to a couple months at a time. So you’ll basically have the entire place to yourself for the most part. I’ll still split rent & utilities regardless how much I’m home. Everything is currently fully furnished, but am happy to move out anything not wanted or needed. Will need to submit a background check to get added to the lease. Hope to have someone move in anytime within the next couple months.
