Hey there! I’m looking for a female roommate for a spacious unfurnished 2b/2b townhome in Arden by January. The townhome is in a quiet neighborhood with a gym, pool, ample parking, dog park, and a great management team, conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. Rent is $934 plus utilities, which average around $80-100 per month for electric, water, and internet. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to West Asheville, 5 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes to Hendersonville. My roommate is moving back home for a job opportunity, and I am renewing the lease for our unit until late 2025 since this is such a great place!

I’m a 25 y/o full time graduate student with a sweet cat, who loves to show his belly, and an even sweeter terrier, who doesn’t bark and loves a good cuddle. Unfortunately, we are at max capacity for pets, sorry! I’m social and occasionally have friends over for a wine or movie night. You’re welcome to join our lil hangs, but if you’d rather not be bothered, I make sure we keep it chill as not to disturb you! I’m clean, considerate, and communicative, so I’d love a female roommate who shares those qualities! LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly (as long as you smoke outside). No kids.
