It’s a cute town house, 2bdrm/bath. It’s a medium sized room with a good size closet, has patio door to backyard. The bathroom is just down the hall. I’ll say semi private bath as the only other people that would use would be guests. I just added pictures, I am not done cleaning room and getting rest of my stuff out, but wanted to show the size and the bathroom and kitchen..

It would just be me, I am female. Have 3 cats. I work full time, enjoy technology, skateboarding, hiking, outdoor stuff. 420 loving. It’s a quite neighborhood for the post part, I’ve never had any issues. Nice neighbors. There’s a carport and depending on size of vehicles can fit 2+ , additional parking is available just down the street. My car is not large. Utilities will include water, electric, internet.
