There is laundry in the garage, a new heater and a/c unit, and a small backyard. The condo property has two pools and is near parks.

The house is fully furnished and a large dresser is available for use in the master bedroom. A small room on the first floor may be available as an office.

I am willing to spread the security deposit over two months.

I’m a graduate student at UNR, working to finish my phd. I love to bake and read. I’m generally quiet and don’t have many people over. I have two cats and am not looking to add any more animals to the house.
