Newly renovated bathroom, with modern amenities, and is currently not being shared with others, but in the future will plan on having additional female roommates to share the bathroom with. Plenty of parking always available! Outdoor patio area with nice views and seating area, as well. Home is well-secured with alarm system and cameras. Featuring super-fast internet, and many premium streaming services. The neighborhood is calm and nice, so nothing crazy taking place around; it’s a respectable neighborhood. Cleaning lady comes approximately once a month. The home also has gardening services, and pest/bug control services, as well.

I am a very clean, and well-organized person with a very outgoing, fun, and youthful, yet mature personality. Currently studying for grad school. Looking for like-minded people that are easy-going, clean, and maintain a low-profile. Someone easy to get along with and responsible/mature in order to maintain the ambience in the home. Prefer someone who is quiet and likes to keep things calm, but also flexible. No smoking, no pets, no guests, and prefer someone who will ideally be in their room. Although, if we become friends I don’t mind being more flexible.
