Chestnut Hill Road

Hi! We are looking for someone to take over our lease in Chestnut Hill starting November 18 - March 30, 2023 with the possibility of extending the lease if you desire. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse with 2 floors - please see this link for a video tour. Rent is $2,850 each month, water and heat are included. We also paid for a gym membership in the community center that is a minute walking distance from the apartment that you will have access to. It is a wonderful place to live with great access to the bus and nearby shops. Laundry is not included in the unit but there are several community laundry rooms throughout Hancock Village that can be accessed only by residents. Parking is also available for $50/month. Pets are allowed but a fee is added to the rent for each pet with certain exclusions for dog breeds

My wife and I work at the Broad Institute and we recently bought a house so we are looking for someone to takeover our lease. Thank you!
